Hi! I’m Sue Ruales-Hoffman, owner of Elite Pet Service. With a background in psychology and more than a decade as a special education teacher, I chose to follow my lifelong passion for working with animals. My son, Mateo, works alongside me, and together we are committed to providing pets with compassionate, individualized care.
Our inspiration came from our beloved rescue dog, Remy, a sweet pit bull who struggled deeply with separation anxiety. After a boarding experience left him heartbroken and withdrawn, I realized how important it is for pets to feel safe and secure at home. Though Remy has since passed, his memory lives on in the mission of Elite Pet Service: to give families peace of mind knowing their furry loved ones are cared for as if they were our own.
